Answer:

It doesn't make you horny at all... in fact, unless you're horny, it really does very little at all except lower your blood pressure a tiny bit.



If you *are* horny (and you're a man), though... it makes blood-flow to your penis a little easier and the blood-flow out of it more difficult (a chemical called nitric oxide is responsible, and Viagra makes it more available "down there")... the result is a penis that's harder than it usually is (or *gets* hard when it usually can't).



It does the same chemical trick for women, but the effect is a little different. All that blood-flow stuff happens the same, and your genitals (lips, vagina and clitoris) will swell with a little more blood than they otherwise would... but the result for women is that their lips and clits become a little more sensitive from the extra swelling, and their vaginas often secrete more lubricating fluid than they otherwise would (that's what some of the blood that goes there gets made into).



I've been taking the stuff for several years: I have MS and I take antidepressants with ED side-effects, so without Viagra my erections are often a little soft to practically nonexistent no matter how horny I am.



I've also (as I do with *all* drugs I take) researched it to find out what it does and exactly how it does it.



During much of that time, I've been with women who've asked me if they could try it... and the results (just like what you'll find online if you look it up) are described above.
